Fall 2012 Soccer Registrations...

It's Never Too Early To Register for Fall Soccer

Yes, I realize its Spring...  Not Summer.  And, of course, not Fall...  Who would be thinking about the Fall?  Your still in school...  for the previous year!  You're dealing with the 3rd or 4th marking periods.  You're dealing with Sping sports.  You're thinking about Summer vacation, the shore, the pool, 4th of July, and Evesham's Independence Day Celebration with the parades and all that stuff...  and that's still months away!

Well, no time like the present...  Time to think about one of the largest and most respected soccer organizations in New Jersey!

Registrations are open for the Fall 2012 soccer season...  The online registration system will be open from April 1st, 2012 through June 30th, 2012.  (A late fee will be applied for those not thinking about the Fall after July 1st, 2012.)

For the 5th year in a row, the registration costs remain the same!

Marlton Soccer recognizes the ccontinuing economic challenges facing our families.  As a result, we have maintained the same price structure for five years running...  In addition, our prices continue to be much more competitive than our peer soccer organizations throughout the area with our prices up to 25% less!...

Age (as of July 31st, 2012):

- 04 to 05 year olds:     $  80

- 06 to 11 year olds:     $  90

- 12 to 17 year olds:     $100

(Please note that we do not have a Tot Program for 3 year olds for 2012...)

To register, please follow the following link at the Marlton Rec Council site at:  www.marltonreccouncil.org.

For all of our fantastic volunteers willing to coach in the Fall, please remember you need to be certified by the Marlton Rec Coucil with a coaching card (that lasts for three years).  Certification classes are offered "every other Wednesday" at the MRC Building as noted in our calendar section of the website.  Please take the time to volunteer to coach.  A great experience for yourself and your child...

And, don't forget, Saturday, October 6th (yes, that is October as in the 10th month of the year)...  Enjoy the Evesham Harvest Fest on Main Street during the day and then at 7:00pm attend our 2nd annual Marlton Soccer Night at the Philadelphia Union where the Union take on the New England Revolution...

Any inquiries can be sent to MarltonSoccer@verizon.net

Enjoy the remaining months of your 2011 / 2012 school year!

Benefits the Cherokee S.T.A.R. Program

The MRC U14 Spring Coed Leagues is proud to host the 3rd Annual D'Andrea 3 v 3 Tournament on Saturday June 2nd at Greenlane Fields.  All proceeds will go to benefit the Cherokee S.T.A.R. Program.  Games Tip Off at 10am.

The D'Andrea Tournament is a 1 Day 3v3 soccer tournament open to all boys and girls in the U14 Coed League.  12 teams will participate across two brackets with each bracket crowning a champion.  The winner of each bracket will receive a gift card for a team ice cream party.

Proceeds go directly to the Cherokee S.T.A.R. "Students Together for Autism Research" Program.  The goals of the S.T.A.R. program are to educate people about autism, fundraise for Autism Speaks and provide sport activites for special needs children (ages 5-9) in the Fall and Spring.

We are once again proud to announce that Kohl's will be our main corporate sponsor for this event contributing $500 towards the success of the tournament.
